Order Processing
Orders will be processed the same day and sent out as soon as we receive payment (most banks have a 3 to 5 working days clearance for the processing of cheques; electronic transfer usually takes place the same day).
Powerball Money Back Guarantee
The money back guarantee runs for thirty (30) days from one day after the shipping date of your purchase through the official Powerball New Zealand website. There is no money back guarantee available on Powerballs purchased through retail outlets, or on accessories (zip pouches, Eezi starters, PodPowers)
Your Powerball must be returned in full working order, in original packaging and with no damage or markings to the box or its contents. In other words the product must be in a resalable, as-new condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. If this procedure is adhered to, your money will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery charges.
The money back guarantee does not cover Powerballs that have been:
* Dropped
* Oiled
* Cleaned incorrectly
* Used for purposes other than those described in the manual or on the website
* Where any defect or failure is attributed to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence
Powerballs that have been mistreated will be returned without replacement.
Returns
Please ensure that you pack your Powerball so that it will not get damaged during transit. Do not mark the original box - please write or attach labels only on additional external packaging.
Care Instructions
The Powerball has been constructed from very high quality materials. In particular, the steel axle has been reinforced to ensure a long life and resistance to damage.
When you first activate the ball, you will immediately experience the smoothness of the rotor movement. The key to maintaining this silky action throughout the life of your Powerball lies in the way you use it.
* Do not drop the Powerball (from height) as it may upset the accurate balance of the rotor.
* Do not subject the Powerball to sharp knocks.
* Keep the inner part of the ball clean and avoid any form of contact with water or oil contamination.
* Do not simply release the firm grip on the Powerball (when you are tired) and let it spin down of its own accord while being held loosely in your palm, this may leave microscopic cracks and undulations on the inner surface of the spherical housing. Keep a firm grip on the Powerball until the rotor has stopped spinning.
* Do not touch the rotor if it is spinning at high speeds, it will burn!
Warning
Training with Powerball should be done in moderation. If you suffer from acute injury, nerve discomfort or other complaints, please consult your GP before use. Should you experience pain or discomfort during exercises, stop use immediately and ask your physician.
